Released November 1999. The first single from Singles of the 90′s (Everytime it Rains was considered to be part of Flowers/Cruel Summer). It was produced by Jimmy James Ekgren, Sonny Peterson and Sigurd Rosnes of JPR Productions.
This track was a surprise #1 in Spain and Chile.
