RIP Cristian

The Ace of Base fandom have lost one of the world’s biggest Ace of Base fans.
Argentinian Cristian Aranda, known as xyandj, was very active in the Acer community. He was popular, friendly and very generous in sharing all the AOB material he collected. He also participated in various remix competitions. Cristian shared this material at his blog: http://www.aceofbase-xyandj.blogspot.com
A large portion of the music available here at Ultimate Ace of Base was also provided by Cristian.
Our condolences go out to his friends and family.

There was a fun poll going on over at The AceBoards where people voted for their favourite Ace of Base songs (including The Golden Ratio) in a Eurovision type voting poll. Anyone could vote – no membership needed. There were four rounds and the top 6 songs from each round went through to the final.
